Cancelled Account, But Got Billed for 0.95 Cents

My account is paid up till December 25, 2025.  Yet when I cancelled my account and removed my payment method, the system attempted to charge me 0.95 cents.  When I contacted customer support, they said I needed to pay 0.95 cents first, and they would then refund me.  However, the billing system will not allow me to add a payment method; therefore, I can not pay the invoice, which I shouldn't have to pay at all.

This has generated two tickets in the 1Password System:

Can this please be resolved?
