Cannot drag items in app from Employee to Private

I am admin of both, yet when I drag the item within the app, there is no error message and the item does not move.

Hello @hazlebury! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into issues when moving an item. Just to confirm, are you trying to move the items from your work account to a personal account using the 1Password for Mac desktop app? When you first drag and drop the item do you see the following prompt:

Or does this prompt not appear at all? Can you check the following:

  1. Make sure that the account that you're trying to move the item to isn't frozen: If your 1Password account is frozen
  2. Are you able to move the item if you right-click on the item and then click Move?

Support have responded directly with the answer that dragging sometimes doesn’t really work.
