Cannot enter license

I was trying the 14 trial but decided was not for me I deleted the account but now I cannot add anything to my vault I have a license which I had for a few years do I need to download a different version as intend to keep my data on my iCloud. When I click on about 1 password it says ver 7.9 Mac app store but cannot see where I input licence it was working ok before I added the membership trial
