Cannot load 1Password on Windows 11

Hi: I cannot load the 1Password App (program) on Windows 11. The program will not open up. STARTUP shows that 1Password is loading, but the icon does not show in the "hidden icons" of the task bar, NOR does it show as loaded in the Task Manager.

The only way I can use my password is to repeatedly enter my master password. I'd rather not have to do that.

Ideas or solutions welcome, please.
