Cannot locate newly created login

Question

I followed the instructions given to another user about 28 days ago and unfortunately it didn’t work for me.
I created the login from the company’s website which had provided a one-time user ID. I was able to access the site; logout and when I attempted to retrieved the login to edit the user ID, I could not find it.

Hello @Cl_it! 👋I'm sorry that you're having trouble find a login item for a website. Can you try the following: Open and unlock 1Password app on your iOS device.Tap the icon for your account or collection at the top left and make sure that your entire account is selected. (If you’re using an iPad, tap your account or collection at the top of the sidebar.)Tap Items in the navigation bar at the bottom of the app.Tap All Items. Pull down on the item list and search for keywords associated with the login: the name of the website, your username for the website, the website address, etc....If that doesn't work then how did you save the login in 1Password? Did you save it manually using iOS app? Or did you use the browser extension to save the login right from the page? -Dave
