Cannot open 1password - failed to connect to 1Password mini

Hey everyone,

I'd love some help getting into 1 password.

Details: 1password 6 on a standalone vault (I know, no longer supported etc, should upgrade). Nothing has changed on my machine recently but when I try to open 1pass i hit:

`1Password failed to connect to 1Password mini`

I've followed the guide outlined here https://support.1password.com/failed-to-connect/ to no avail.

I'm very happy to upgrade but cannot create a backup of my data as outlined in the migration guide.

Please help, i've been locked out of my entire digital life for over two days.

As you mentioned, this older version is no longer supported however our team can help you migrate to the latest version of 1Password.
