Cant get the OPEN and FILL to work for PC Optimum account

Question

This URL should be the one that 'works' ie https://accounts.pcid.ca/login but instead I get an Oops, something went wrong

So instead I need to go to https://www.pcoptimum.ca/ and select SIGN IN in the top corner which takes one to the url https://accounts.pcid.ca/login and then I can autofill. So why doesn't it work taking me directly to https://accounts.pcid.ca/login.

When this happens however, typically websites set a cookie or something similar, so you cannot jump to the login form directly :+1:
