Change in auto-lock process

A recent update has broken the browser extension. I guess the extension no longer has the same security settings as the desktop app, which is very annoying. I disabled the auto-lock in the browser extension, but I'm still getting prompted for a password.

Hi @keithdavis, thanks for reaching out!

I'm sorry that you're experiencing trouble with auto-lock. Based on the details you've shared, it sounds like there's an issue with app integration. Can you check that app integration is still fully turned on using the steps in the following article?

If you're still experiencing trouble afterwards, can you reproduce the issue and send over the following diagnostics:

Please attach the reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com with a link to this thread.

After sending the email, you’ll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I’ll be able to locate your message and make sure it’s gotten to the right place.

I look forward to hearing from you!

I have the same issue across Edge and Chrome but only on my work computer. I've supplied diagnostics and console logs from both browsers. Thanks in advance for your help. [#TDR-54317-881]
