I have looked at all the suggestions on the web and I noticed this issue was described in a post and it also mentioned Remote Access the post was closed saying Remote access was fixed but I saw no remedy for the Mac issue this is the reason I was going to switch to NordPass but after looked at that I decided to stay with 1Password I very much would like to have this feature working does anyone have an answer to this issue ?

@rmueller2323

I'm sorry that you're still seeing the issue. Our developers are working on an issue that is affecting chase.com and a few other websites, can you tell me the following:

  1. What version of 1Password in the browser do you have installed: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser
  2. Do you have the 1Password 8 for Mac desktop app installed?

I look forward to hearing from you.

I had this issue a few months back, then it went away, and in the last week or so it's back, 1P can't do anything on chase pages. I am using latest Chrome 128.0.6613.138 on MacOS 14.6.1 with 1P extension 8.10.44.34

@ysh,

Thank you for the report and I'm sorry you are encountering this problem. I've added you as an affected user to the known issue.

While going to chase.com instead of secure.chase.com does work, it's kind of tedious to keep changing the url.

I discovered that if you just click the submit button on the form with nothing filled in on secure.chase.com, when it comes back with the error because you didn't fill anything in, the resulting form does have the 1Password tools in it and then you can use autofill.

So, hopefully that helps someone else be slightly less annoyed with Chase's convoluted login process. :) You can just submit the empty form, then fill in with 1P rather than make sure you're on the URL without secure in it.

Thank you for sharing your solution with the community, @irandamay. Hopefully, our development team resolves this issue on Chase's website.

Hello everyone,

Thank you for your patience. Our development team has made improvements to how 1Password handles the login fields on chase.com. Please update to 8.10.48:

If you still see the issue with 8.10.48 then let me know.
