Chrome browser extension not connecting to app

Hi,

My Chrome browser extension isn't connecting with the app (yellow light), though it is activated in the app and the extension. I have tried deactivating and reactivating the connection.


1Password Version: 8.10.28
Extension Version: 2.22.1
OS Version: Windows 10 Enterprise, 22H2
Browser: Chrome

I'm sorry that the integration between the 1Password desktop app and the browser extension isn't working. As a first step, can you check the settings mentioned in this article: If the 1Password browser extension doesn’t unlock when you unlock the 1Password app

If those settings looks okay then can you tell me if you see an error message when you follow these steps:

  1. Open and unlock the 1Password desktop app.
  2. Click your account or collection at the top of the sidebar and choose Settings.
  3. Click Browser.
