Chrome extension keeps logging me out?

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with 1Password in Chrome. By "logging me out" do you mean that you're being prompted to add your account back to the app by entering both your account password and Secret Key? Or are you just being prompted to unlock 1Password either using your account password or biometrics?

Hi Dave,

In this case it was being logged out of the web extension and prompted for my account password repeatedly. It has not happened since that day so it seems it was some fluke. My account has stayed logged in normally now for 3 days. It's possible something was being done on the server end that I just happened to encounter as a user. I have the desktop app installed. I never had to use biometrics or a secret key. Only being prompted for my account password on my computer.
