Chrome extension locking

Question

I have not purchased the upgrade yet. I have turned off automatic locking in the (Chrome) browser extension. I have shut the browser down, and turned off the PC. It still locks. I haven't timed it. (I tried to follow the directions to put the Version in and still can't find it.) Any solution to this?

Hey @Posweyb,I understand you are experiencing trouble with 1Password auto locking in Chrome.Can you start by letting us know if you are using the 1Password desktop app in addition to 1Password in your browser?
