Chrome Extension never matches login with website url currently being viewed

Versions

• MacBook Pro M1 MacOS Monterey 12.1 (21C52)
• 1Password Desktop Version 7.9.2 (70902005)
• 1Password Chrome Extension v2.2.1

Problem

• Chrome Extension never recognizes the browser website url matching with the Login website url.
• Opening the extension always starts with the first login sorted by name
• This now happens across all websites.
• I have restarted browser and computer since this problem emerged
