clear "valid from" credit card field

I was unable to correct my credit card information in-app on Mac, having accidentally put a card's expiration date into the "valid from" field. The app won't let me clear the field, but repopulates it with the info that was there before I tried correcting it. I found an earlier, closed thread from 2022 where someone had the same problem, the solution to which was to go to the 1Password website and correct it there. Obviously the issue persists. Any idea when this will be resolved in a future release?

Sorry to hear you've run into this problem. It is on our Development team's list, and we haven't forgotten about it. As you mentioned, 1Password.com will let you clear that field, and 1Password for iOS and Android work as expected with date fields too. I've added you to our tracker for that issue.
