Converting a SafeInCloud XML file to a 1Password CSV file with TAGs

Hi,

I just migrated from SafeInCloud, my Password Manager for years, to 1Password.
But the SafeInCloud CSV export file does not export TAGs.
So I exported a XML file and wrote a Python code to convert to 1Password CSV file.
Now everything is exported perfectly :-)
