Copy and Reveal not working

Question

I am on iPadOS 18.3.1. The copy and reveal functions are frequently not working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but the problem remains. What may be done to fix this problem and restore reliable functionality. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hello @Muroorone! 👋I'm sorry that copy and reveal aren't working consistently on your iPad. I've just tested and I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my own iPad so I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the situation: Which version of 1Password are you using: Find the version numbers for 1Password and your operating systemAre you unable to copy/reveal in the main 1Password app? Or when using 1Password in Safari? Or both? If you restart your iPad, do you see the same issue? I look forward to hearing from you.-Dave#25815
