Crypto-id template

Hello,

Privately and for my company (Big customer of 1Password) I use crypto-id.
I would like to store information from that cert file and details of the my crypto identity in 1 Password. Hence having a Crypto-ID template like for e.g. SSH keys.
Fields that are needed:
