1Password for Linux 8.10.78 (81078043)

Trying to edit item icons and when I click on the icon 'caret' and see "Choose new icon ...", nothing seems to happen. No file selection dialog or anything.

Sending a diagnostics report attachment to support@1password.com

Hello @JuanPeaDoubleVee! 👋

I'm sorry that you're unable to set a custom icon for items in 1Password on your Linux device. The most likely cause of the issue if that your Yama Linux Security Module's ptrace_scope parameter hasn't been set to 1 (restricted). For security reasons, ptrace_scope must be set to restricted for 1Password to be able to interact with files (like custom icons) in certain situations on Linux.

You can find instructions on how to fix the issue here: If you see “update your settings to export data” or you can’t upload or download files in 1Password for Linux

If that doesn't work then please respond to the email that my colleague sent you and the team can help further.
