Date format differs between two Macs

I'm sure you would have a good reason to rewrite the whole app but why such issues? It looks like proper testing was not done. The date format varies from Mac to Mac. The same item date formats are different on different Macs. the system has same settings. So is this on iPhone. I have confirmed the formats and device settings myself. I'm comparing apple to apple.

Is it possible that you have different regions set for macOS on your two Macs? Check this area in System Settings for macOS, they should be set to the identical region for both Macs:

If they're the same then can you post a screenshot of your complete Language and Region settings from both Macs?
