Deauthorized iPhone Can No Longer Log In, Even with Proper Credentials

Okay

I have an iPhone 12 mini running iOS 17.5.1.

I accidentally deauthorized it from my 1Password.com account.

Now, when i try to log into 1Password app, it doesn't recognize my credentials, even though they work on other devices.

I've tried a recover code
I've tried sending a link from the web app to my phone
I've tried scanning the QCR code from the 1Password.com account with my phone.

All with the same results - doesn't recognize my credentials.

I am at a loss...
