Hej to all..;
i am not able to figure out how to define and autofill the DesktopApp Login Window from Threema...

What is the best practice to define a 1Password Rule to fill that?
It would be appreciated to get some help here.
Thanks in advance....
Rolf

Hello @Safety! 👋

Thanks for reaching out. If you've saved your login credentials for Threema in 1Password then you can use Universal AutoFill to fill the password:

If that doesn't work then are you able to use Universal Autofill to fill into other apps?

Hej Dave_1P,
thanks for your answer...
but that do not help me in my case, cause my problem begin earlier...
I open the App Threema Beta and get the mask i added above.
And what to do then? I have no entry in 1PW at this time. I have to define a LoginItem in 1PW. But how? How does 1PW recognize, that i want to login in that mask from ThreemaBeta? In my opinion i have to define something, that 1PW knows to insert the logindata in that mask?

Or am i wrong in my thinking?

I would be very pleased about a feedback from you.

@Safety

Yes, you can create a normal Login item with the username and password. Then, when you use Universal Autofill you'll be asked to choose an item. When you choose this item, you'll be asked if you want to use it once or always. If you choose "Always Allow", 1Password will add it as a Linked App in that item.

1Password will figure out where the username and password should be entered. You don't have to do that.

Hope that helps. :)
