deleting/archive an item in list view resets as no items selected

When you have an item selected in the list and you delete/archive the item. No item is selected and you using the down arrow starts from the top of the list view.

Normally, in a list view within macOS. if I delete an item within a list. The selection would just move the items up and keep the selection in its current location.

I confirmed in 1P7 and in other macOS apps this is the behavior.
