Deleting of tags unclear

Hi @MartinNF! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback here - I can definitely understand how deleting tags isn't as clear as it could be, and could lead to some anxiety over whether the associated items will be deleted as well.

So just to state it clearly here while you're working on updating the UI, is the following true:

When you delete a tag, no items are deleted. Instead, the tag is just removed from all tagged items.

Hi @GaryE55! I can confirm that deleting a tag does not delete any items, only removes the relevant tag from all items with that tag.
