I can confirm that what you're experiencing with notes appearing in the search preview next to the item title is a known issue which our development team is working on. I've shared your experience with them, and I apologize for any inconvenience. Once there's a fix available it will be listed in our release notes.

I'm sorry that you're seeing a similar issue with 1Password for Android. To help me better understand the situation I'd like to ask you to take a screenshot of what you're seeing and attach it to your reply:

• Take a screenshot on your Android device

Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot. I recommend using a test item if possible.
