Different locking periods for side-by-side Chrome windows

Same PC, same browser, two different windows for two different accounts. One offers a max locking period of 8 hours in Settings->Security->Lock after system is idle (used to show Never as max in the past) the other one also offers 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks and Never as max lock time.

Why does it happen and how can I get all options on both windows?
