Can anyone tell me why the icon now looks like this and how to revert this back to the normal icon? I did temporarily change to the beta release, which is when this happened, but I have since returned to the normal production release.

Nvm... I just redownloaded 1Password and this has restored the normal looking icon.

The blue icon indicates that you have a beta release of the app installed at that time. I'm happy to hear that all is well after re-downloading the app!
