Documents can't be shared

Are you on a free trial? If so, make sure you've added a payment method through the Billing tab of 1Password.com. If there's no payment method currently added, you won't be able to share documents with a link.

@GreyM1P I hope it is okay that I hijack the thread.
I have the same error, using business over a year now.
The message says I need to use a shared vault...https://support.1password.com/create-share-vaults-teams/

Is document sharing via link not possible anymore?

Hi @AlexPM, thanks for reaching out! I understand that you're not able to generate a link to share a document.

The Get Help section at the bottom of the guide linked below lists a few scenarios where sharing items may not be possible - could you take a look and see whether any of the points might apply to you?
