Doesn't work on PrimoHoagies site

I have done some testing on this site and you're right, it looks like 1Password is having a hard time filling the fields on this page. I have reported this to our development team to see if we can improve the behaviour in a future update.

I did find I was able to fill if I clicked on the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar and click the 'Autofill' button here.
