Doesn't work with paramount.com

Hi-

There are more and more sites where 1password just doesn't work. What is the best way to submit these to you? Through the forum? There are multiple every day and getting to be more and more.

Right now, it is paramount +. When it asks for my e-mail address, there is a 1password prompt on the e-mail address bar but 1password says, "No items to show" when i try to drop it down. If I manually type my e-mail address, when I get to the next (password) page, 1password has no problem prefilling the password.

How can I help report these so 1password doesn't continue to become less and less effective?

Hi @drobins9,

I'm sorry to hear you're encountering so many websites that 1Password isn't working in! That would be great if you can post them here and then we can either troubleshoot or submit them as bugs for the team to fix.

Would you be able to try logging into the Paramount+ website using Firefox with the 1Password extension and see if that behaves differently than Edge? The fact that you said you're running into this multiple times a day makes me wonder if you're running into a bug affecting some customers using Chrome-based browsers.

Thank you. Interestingly, today, Paramount+ asks for the account name and password on the same page (different than a couple days ago when it asked for htem on separate pages) and 1password works on both browsers.

One that I submitted a long time ago, https://supplier.coupahost.com/sessions/new, continues to not work on either Edge or Firefox. Similar to what Paramount+ was doing, it says there is nothing available when I fill in the e-mail address, but when I submit that and the password field is added, it is happy to fill out the password.

I'm glad logging in to Paramount+ is working as expected now, but please don't hesitate to reply here if that changes.

I do see the issue you submitted for coupahost.com, so it's not forgotten, it just hasn't been worked on yet! We appreciate your patience and let us know if you run into any other sites that 1Password isn't filling.

Hello- When filling out my name and address to pay a ticket at https://prodpci.etimspayments.com/pbw/selectAction.doh, 1password pops up in the fields requesting "Name", "Email ID", "City", "State", and "Zip Code", but it does not have any suggestions, as if it does not know it has that information on file for me.
