eBay offers no passkey option
Issue Passkeys not working on PayPal, Keycloak, and Ebay from a year ago addresses this, but includes no resolution.
1Password client claims that Passkeys are available for eBay and the instructions for e-hyphen-bay in the directory are
Select the setup link above and sign in with your email address and password, then select "Turn on" next to "Passkeys" or "Face/fingerprint/PIN sign in" section and follow the steps to create a passkey.
I'm using Google Chrome connecting from a major ISP in the U. S. of A. to my account which was created in 1999 and remains in current use, with 2 step verification set to Authenticator app for TOTP using 1Password. On the Sign in and security page there is no mention of "Passkeys" or "Face/fingerprint/PIN sign in" and none of the available options include passkeys.
BTW, that should be "...your email address or username..." in the instructions.
While incidental to this issue, as noted in the pay-hyphen-pal entry in the directory, PayPal offers the option, but reports

with the FAQ claiming
For Chrome, passkeys cannot be enabled unless they are turned on in the browser's settings.
indicating an obvious confusion which I hope 1Password and others are addressing with this clueless little new company.
