Edge Extension doesn't do anything

Question

I have the latest version of 1Password for Windows and the Edge extension installed via the links. It shows in my toolbar with a padlock. Cliking it does nothing, restarting browser and computer does nothing. Windows App is fully logged in. Have uninstalled an reinstalled, still doesn't do anything. Kinda out of ideas as to why it doesnt work.

The Setting in the window app under browser is ticked

Edge is fully updated 106.0.1370.37
Extension is version 2.3.9
1Password App is 8.9.5
