Edge Problems

Autofill works on some sites (like this one) but not others (for example, clio.columbia.edu). There are many more sites where autofill doesn't work than it does.
Touch ID doesn't work.
Clicking on the icon does not open the app – I have to go to the dock, open the app, and cut and paste for many sites.

Safari Version 18.2 (20620.1.16.11.8). 1Password 8.10.58, MacOS Sequoia 15.2, and a MacBook Pro Apple M3 Max.

PS, I saved this post and went back to my previous post to cut and paste the info about MacOS, my computer, and my 1Password version. But "edit" doesn't allow editing that info down below once the post has been saved.

Is the 1Password extension icon https://support.1password.com/missing-browser-button/#edge? If so, what happens when you click the 1Password icon in Edge's toolbar? Does the icon appear to be locked or unlocked?

In Safari, you mentioned that Autofill works on some websites. Can you share the steps you took to autofill in Safari? Are you referring to Touch ID not working on your Mac device or with the 1Password desktop app? Can you https://support.apple.com/HT201361 of the icon you're referring to that does not open the app? Please do not share sensitive personal information in the screenshots on our public forums.

Does the 1Password icon appear in fields when you're using Safari? If so, please check if the 1Password icon is hidden in the toolbar: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/safari/ibrw1012/mac#:%7E:text=Customize%20the%20toolbar.
