Eliminate pop up password suggestions

How do you eliminate passwords suggested by 1Password when filling out the password field on a website?
The pop up "suggested password" is of no use to me and simply blocks the area I am looking at.

I figured this out from another forum post — if you right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar (Safari for me), you can access the settings where you can turn this off.

Alternatively, click the 1Password icon in your browser, click the little three-row "hamburger" button next to "Add Item" at the top, then click Settings.

Then you can turn off "show autofill menu on field focus" to prevent these from appearing.
