Enter Password 2X Times...Occasionally

When logging onto 1Password, a member of my 1Password Family has to enter the password twice to unlock it.  The initial password is not rejected as incorrect.  The person simply receives a second request to enter it again and then all is well.  This happens periodically at random intervals.  This is not a case where 1Password is being accessed after a long period of inactivity.  This started happening recently.  Thus far I as the account owner has not seen this problem.

Please let me know how to fix this problem.

I'm sorry that a family member is being prompted to unlock 1Password twice. So that I can better understand the situation, can you tell me the following: 

  1. Does the issue occur when they're unlocking 1Password in the browser or the 1Password for Windows desktop app? Or both?
  2. If they're seeing the issue in the browser then which browser are they using? 
  3. What version of 1Password are they using:

  1. The issue is unlocking 1Password in the browser.
  2. Browser: Chrome version 133.0.6943.142.  OS: Win11 24H2 Build 26100.3194.
  3. 1Password: version 8.10.62.27 (version no. obtained from Chrome Extensions).
