1password is spamming this into the console on file:// urls.
The extension probably shouldn't even try and be active on file:// urls...

Thank you for the report! I can confirm that I can reproduce the same issue in Firefox on my own Mac when opening a local HTML file, this is likely due to 1Password hitting the file:// scheme. I've filed an issue with our development team so that they can investigate this further and resolve the issue.

So far I'm only seeing this message in Firefox, let me know if you see it in any other browser. I'm sorry for the noise that the error is causing in your console.
