EULA management

I find it difficult to deal with the regular modifications to EULAs in my life.  Every time I go to a new site, I am apparently agreeing to new agreements.  Often clicking.  Sometimes not.  I would pay good money to have my same secure password manager start tracking and helping me try to understand what I am agreeing to and if it has changed.  Several groups trying to address this..."biggestlieonline", "Terms of service didnt read", etc.  Does not need to be perfect, just means of tracking that it has changed from some baseline and a way to view those changes?  Bonus points if community can aggregate wisdom that changes are minor or moving toward aggressive.
