Hello @sidfleis! 👋

Thank you for the question! You can certainly enable facial recognition for 1Password in Microsoft Edge. So that I can provide you with some steps to follow can you tell me what kind of device you're using? For example, are you using Microsoft Edge on a Windows PC?

I look forward to hearing from you.

@sidfleis

Thank you for letting me know that you're an HP Omnibook 7 and that Windows Hello is enabled. Follow these steps to enable facial recognition for 1Password:

  1. Make sure that facial recognition is setup for Windows Hello: Configure Windows Hello
  2. Install and setup the 1Password for Windows desktop app: 1Password for Windows
  3. Set up Windows Hello for 1Password: Use Windows Hello to unlock 1Password on your Windows PC

Once you follow these steps, the 1Password desktop app will communicate with 1Password in Edge and allow you to unlock the browser extension using facial recognition (Windows Hello). If this doesn't work then try the steps in this article: If the 1Password browser extension doesn’t unlock when you unlock the 1Password app

If things still aren't working after you try all of these steps then let me know and I can help further.
