Family Account Deleted without Authorization

Hello on 3/1 at 9pm CST I received an email that my family account was being removed. I did not authorize this and upon checking on 3/2 I was unable to login to my 1password account. I do have a few support emails out but have received no reply. I'm hoping the account can just be reinstated? But I'd like to know what my options are for moving forward.
