Family Account Frozen
I recently joined a new Family account with my old individual account. My individual account subsequently expired even though I was in the Scott Family account. My account is frozen and I can't edit anything in my old vault.
My Scott Family account owner has verified that the Family account is active and paid for. When I access my account I am not able to activate it short of signing up for a renewal.
How can I get 1password to recognize my account is part of an active Family account?
