FAMILY ISSUES

We have a Family account that I set up. Today my wife joined 1Password and now has her own account in the Family. We are having a couple of problems that we could use help on. First, we can't get 1Password pinned to her tool bar. Second, we need instructions regarding sharing of vault contents. I tried to share one site from a vault that I had created and everything in that vault got shared to her Private vault. Thanks for any help.

My wife and I use a shared vault--a vault for which we both have full access--and move the stuff we want to share into that vault. That way both of us can fully maintain those passwords, etc. I don't think we've ever used the "share" button, as a result. Maybe this option would help you bypass any issues using the "share" button.

I agree with this wholeheartedly.  I simply move what I want shared, over to a vault that's shared with my wife.  If I want the whole family to see it, I simply put it into the default Shared vault.

Regarding pinning 1Password to the taskbar, what version of Windows are you running? If you open 1Password and right click on it in the taskbar, is there no Pin to taskbar option or what are you experiencing?
