Family Plan and Password Issues for Other Family Members
I initially opened a personal 1Password account eventually converted it to a family plan. My spouse was added as a plan member. However, every time my spouse uses the computer with the Chrome plug-in 1Password asks for my master password. After I enter it my master password then my spouse can access the vaults (spouse's private vault and family shared vault). My spouse does not have this issue with the mobile phone.
I don't know what the issue is in the way I set up things where my master password is needed in order for my spouse to access the vaults applicable to my spouse. I need to know what to do in order for my spouse to sign in without the need for my master password. Does anyone have any suggestions?
As a rant: It's ridiculous that I can't contact an actual human to discuss this as I don't believe a bot would have the solution to this. As far as I'm concerned 1Password has pathetic customer service if I can't contact an actual support person or have one reach out to me. I even willing to chat with a support person. Give me a real person to discuss my support issues with.
