Feature request: disable verification warning for Identities

1Password on Android has a security feature warning the user when trying to autofill credentials on a website or app that isn’t currently associated with the login entry. This makes sense for Logins and helps as an anti-phishing defense.

However, it also happens for Identities. This...doesn’t make sense. Generally an identity is a collection of standard autofill info like name/address and it would be silly to associate it with websites or apps. I don’t think Identities should pop up this warning. A user intending to enter their address etc. is going to do it regardless of what the warning says, there’s nothing to check.

Hi @jkmartindale, thanks for reporting this! Could you give me an example of a website where this occurs when you fill an identity item, so I can do some testing on my end?

If this is something you’d rather not share on a public forum, you can email in the URL to  support@1password.com instead. Be sure to include a link to this thread and your forum username so our team have the full context.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
