Feature request: Edit/Add form fields

I mostly gave up the fight to make v8 as good as v7 was after repeated attempts and repeated snubs with no resolution. My advocacy and passion for 1Password faded after all those failed attempts to restore lost functionality.

Thank you for posting those links. It looks like the threads were closed automatically by our forum software since there wasn't any new activity. This happens by default after a few months go by without any new comments being added to a thread.

Web form details were primarily intended to be used by our algorithm to aid in filling information into the browser rather than being directly edited by the user. You can enable the display of some web form details in 1Password 8 by following these instructions:

1. Open and unlock 1Password 8 for Mac.
2. Click on 1Password next to the  in the menu bar.
3. Click on Preferences.
4. Click on Advanced.
5. Check "Show Auto-Saved Web Details".

However, going forward I would recommend that you use custom fields to store additional information: Customize your 1Password items
