Feature Request: Field References (Username, Passwords and more)

Question

I used KeePass for many years and one of the greatest features it offered in my opinion was the option to set field references. It allows you to reference a password or username from an existing entry. This is immensely useful for domain joined environments where you might need to use username [at] domain.com for some websites and username for others. Creating manual entries is time consuming and when it comes time to changing your password can be a bit of a pain.

Hello @ITJonny! 👋Thank you for the feature request! I can certainly see how the ability to reference a field in one item from inside of another item would be useful and, while I can't make any promises, I've filed a feature request on your behalf with our product team. At the moment the best way to store things like AD logins, where the username can be different but the password is the same, is to have a single login item with multiple website URLs or sections. Then, if your solution doesn't support the exact same username across services, you could autofill the password and then copy and paste, or drag and drop, the username.-Daveref: PB-43214575
