Feature request - Force 1password to sync

I would like, like many requests before, an option to force the sync.  I know I can lock/unlock and everything should sync but that is not efficient.  I have seen this asked before and everyone answers that it should just happen and/or lock/unlock the Mac desktop app.

Please just add a sync now button!  The automatic syncing is great but does not always work.  It is probably related to the app going to sleep in the background such as due to time, Mac sleeping, etc....

Just add the button!

It's a joke that this has not been handled yet. 1Password doesn't sync on Mac even after a reboot. I have to waste time trying to find a solution for something that should have been solved years ago.

This is still a problem sometimes when creating/updating an item from the browser extension, even though the Integrate this extension with the 1Password desktop app extension setting is enabled. I have to fully close the Desktop app and re-open it to force a sync. Clearly there are times users need this, and I'm pretty sure it used to have a menu item for it. You could at least bury it in the Account settings dialogue to prevent casual thrashing.

I'm sorry that you're not seeing items appear instantly in the 1Password desktop app. There isn't a sync button since, when everything is working, any changes made on one device should appear on all of your other devices. 

I've passed along your request to add a "sync" button to the app but we'd really like to learn more about why you're not seeing items immediately appear in the desktop app. I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Mac:
