Feature request: Large Type swipe navigation

When viewing a field in Large Type view, I would like to be able to easily navigate forward and back through the fields of a record without exiting and entering each time.

This would be particularly useful when, for example, reading the details of a credit card to someone - card number, expiry date, verification number etc… 

I propose a swipe gesture to navigate back and forth between the fields and looping back from the last record to the first and vice versa.
