Feature request: Make a 1P entry to log ito a web site with another service

A lot of websites allow you to log in with other credentials, such as "Log in with google" or "Facebook". Of course I can never remember when I did this, so I make a login entry in 1P, leave the username and password fields blank, and use the fill in the note field "log in with google".

I'm wondering if you can add a more elegant way to do this. (or maybe one is there already and I'm not seeing it)

Hi @John_Mc

You can already do this! You can use the "sign in with" field to link to a Login for Google, Facebook, and other supported providers:

Use 1Password to sign in to sites with supported providers

Give that a try. It sounds to be exactly what you're asking for. :)

Cool. Had a feeling it might be somewhere. The instructions are a bit confusing. But easy to modify an existing login to add 'sing in with' to the entry

thanks

The team will see if the instructions can be clarified in the future. I'm happy that Grey was able to help. 🙂
