Feature request: Rename attached documents?

Hey! 1Password team. This is yet another feature request asking for such default functionality as renaming attached documents. Could you please consider providing an easier solution to renaming documents in 1Password.

No, downloading documents to rename them is not a workaround it is the same as telling us to name documents ultimately so we don't need to rename it.

This reminds me of Atlassian team with their https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-1762. If you can't make it due to technical limitation, could you at least state it, because otherwise it looks like you selectively ignore user feedback for many years.

Hi @1P_Tommy, did you hear back from the team on whether this is possible and/or desirable? Even if renaming is not possible, at least being able to have a label/title associated to it would be useful, like it happens with all other field types (texts, dates, passwords, etc).

+1 for this feature request.

Currently its super annoying to download the file, rename, upload again.

E.g. when I use the 1PW build-in document scan function in iOS the document is automatically named as „scanned_document_xxxc“ and no possibility for easy renaming.

So please implement a general function for easy renaming attached files.

I want to add my vote for this very simple and very useful feature. I just got a new driver's license and passport, and updated photos of them in 1PW.

The reason I put them in 1PW is because there are times when I have to share an image of these items, and emailing them — typically from my phone — is very handy. It's such a simple and common use case for a credential.

Downloading, renaming, and re-attaching files is painful, tedious, and irritating on a computer. It's maddening, if not painful enough, to not warrant the effort on a phone.

Please add this feature.

Is there an update available yet? I can't understand why such a simple but important feature is missing. Renaming attachments would greatly improve usability.
