Feature Request - Send me a password securely

I had a look for this feature request and couldnt see it...

I would like the ability for people that dont have 1password to share passwords securely with me. Perhaps I could send them a link to an empty 1Password item which they can then update, hit save and I get the password securely in my vault. Links expire within x days, and can only be saved once. Once its saved, the link expires immediately and the person who updated it cannot access it.

Thank you for the feedback! We've received a few requests over the years for a feature where you can request passwords securely from non-1Password users. While I can't make any promises, I'll let the team know that you're also interested in seeing this feature be added to a future version of 1Password.

For the time being, inviting the person to your 1Password membership as a guest would be the best option:

I also second this. We increasingly need passwords from clients for all sorts of things. Inviting them all as guests, when we often just need one quick bit of info, is not really practical and far too cumbersome. Having a link that we could send to clients to receive info would be great.

Hello, I actually thought this was the whole point of 1password. I really needed a solution that would allow me to send something to the customer to obtain their creds securely. Bummer this isn't an option but hope you can make it one.

What is the current status of this feature request? We would also really appreciate this feature, as we’re seeing increasing demand from clients who want a simple and secure way to send credentials without needing their own 1Password account.
