Feature request: support multiple vaults in VS Code extension

The issue:

The 1 Password VS Code extension prompts users to choose the vault where their secrets are stored:

Why that's a problem (for me):

I'm a bit of a vault-fiend and my digital "secrets" are spread over a few different vaults (Project 1, Database credentials, Project 2, etc).

It would be great if I were able to select multiple vaults to sync secrets from into VS Code.
